Exterior

Its exterior has just been professionally polished. Its aluminium panels are in
good condition with no significant scratches or dents. Its got big
windows letting in lots of natural light.

Interior

Its original 70’s interior is in good condition. It’s got a front couch that
converts to a double bed, two mid-way single beds, rear
bathroom with toilet and shower, and a kitchen.

Chassis & Running Gear
Chassis is in original condition. It needs new brake pads installed as they were removed as required for importing.
Subfloor
Original subfloor. No rot seen.
Door / Windows
All open, close and lock as they should.
Electrics
Working 12V lighting. It needs 240V wiring for Australian standards.
Plumbing
Plumbing works. New hot water heater is needed.
